General Terms and Conditions
1. Basic Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store.

The buyer is a natural or legal person who orders goods through the online store.
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller, which is sent electronically to the buyer’s email address provided in the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the order, particularly in the case of:
• unavailability of goods
• an obvious pricing error
• suspicion of order misuse
3. Price and Payment Terms
All product prices are listed including VAT.
The buyer may pay for the goods using the payment methods listed on the online store, such as:
• card payment
• bank transfer
The goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been fully paid.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered via courier service or another method specified during the order.
The delivery time is usually indicated for each product on the online store page.
The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt. In case of damage to the shipment, a damage report must be prepared with the carrier.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of withdrawal.
The goods should be returned complete, undamaged, and without signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.
The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, but not earlier than the goods are returned or the buyer proves they have been sent.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
6. Complaints and Warranty
The Beelyra product is covered by statutory liability for defects under the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the receipt of the goods.
The buyer has the right to make a complaint if a defect appears in the product. The complaint must be made without unnecessary delay after the defect is discovered.
The seller must resolve the complaint within 30 days from the date it is submitted, unless a longer period is agreed with the buyer.
The product is intended to be used only under the supervision of an adult and must be used in accordance with the instructions for use. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper or inappropriate use of the product.
Returned goods must be clean and hygienically safe. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept goods that do not meet basic hygiene requirements.
How to Submit a Complaint

When submitting a complaint, please include:
• first and last name
• order number
• description of the defect
• photo or video of the defect
The seller will first assess the complaint. Do not send the product before prior agreement.
After the complaint is confirmed, we will send you the address for returning the product along with further instructions.
Packages sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
Do not send goods cash on delivery.
7. Personal Data Protection
The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with personal data protection legislation.
Details about personal data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy document.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The buyer has the right to contact the seller with a request for remedy.
If the seller rejects the request or does not respond within 30 days, the buyer has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution.

9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date they are published on the website.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
